Hi Sebastian, I just came back from the gym frustrated with my bench workout. I recently bought a Inzer standard blast on a size 56. It was extremly tight. So I decided to exchange it for a size 58. I read that for first time users you should get a not too tight shirt. My bench 1 rep max is 385lbs. Today I had trouble pushing 315lbs!!! Why? I heard that I may lose some lbs on the bench the first time I try the shirt. Could someone please advice? I forgot to add that besides being the first time using a bench shirt...here is what I did for workout. 225x12 for warm up 275x5 315x2 then put on the shirt to try 1 rep at 315lbs and I struggle to get the weight back!!!!! I rested for a couple of minutes and decided to rep at 295lbs using the shirt. I was able to handle 6 reps but it was a bit difficult. Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

Sabastian, I lifted in in the WPC Worlds on November 3. I thought I saw you were going to be selling a DVD of the lifting. Is that correct and how do I purchase a copy(s)? By the way, the lifting venue was terrific. I had my best meet ever. I feel in love with your Monolift and the bench was world class. Tracy Frein 90k Masters 45-50.

Hey Sebastian, Your old neighbor from 1020 Congress street here (Randy Ewart) Still in Germany. One quick question. My son Wants to start working out and I got him on a light programm for youth that I found here online, I´m just worried of him trying to lift too much and tearring muscles and straining muscles, cause I´ve heard all kinds of stories with youth trying to lift weights and get in shape and alot of times backfire cause of lifting to heavy and whatnot. Whats your answer for me ? Got any tips ? Fill me in when you can. Thanks Randy. my email is yankeesfan16rse@yahoo.com feel free to drop me a line. P.S. Keep up the good work and check out my homepage when you get a chance www.oldboys-oldnwild.de
